Who is responsible for your information

IDAOPS CONSULTING LTD (Company No. 16927251), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, operates Nobelimplants.com and determines how information submitted through this site is handled.

IDAOPS Consulting Ltd and Taki Dent are joint controllers of the information you submit through the assessment form. IDAOPS Consulting Ltd operates the platform and coordinates communication; Taki Dent carries out the clinical assessment and holds the clinical record arising from it. You may exercise your rights against either of us, and we will pass a request to the other where it concerns information only they hold.

What we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, country, WhatsApp number if you give one.
• Health information — the treatment you are considering, relevant medical history you disclose, and what you would like to achieve. This is special category data under UK and EU data protection law.
• Medical images — radiographs, CBCT scans and photographs you upload. Also special category data.
• Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is measured before you do. See the cookie policy.

Why we can process it

For health information and medical images, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent boxes on the assessment form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and where the clinic has begun a clinical record its own retention obligations may apply.

What we do with your images before anyone sees them

Radiographs exported from clinical software routinely carry the patient's name and date of birth inside the file. Before your images leave our server, we remove that embedded metadata and replace the filename with an anonymous reference. The clinical team receives the image without the identifying metadata attached.

Who we share it with

Your submission is shared with the clinical team at Taki Dent in Antalya, Türkiye, so they can carry out the clinical assessment you asked for. This is a transfer outside the UK and EEA, and you consent to it explicitly on the form.

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to other clinics, to lead brokers, or to advertising networks.

Submissions are delivered through Telegram's messaging infrastructure to the clinic's private channel, and the platform operator's own email is provided by Cloudflare. Both act as infrastructure providers.

How long we keep it

Assessment submissions and the images sent with them are kept for one year from the date you send them, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Where you go on to be treated, Taki Dent keeps a clinical record separately from this platform, for the period Turkish health legislation requires of a healthcare provider. That record is theirs, and a request to delete your enquiry with us does not erase a clinical record they are legally obliged to retain.

Payments

IDAOPS Consulting Ltd takes no payment from patients — not deposits, not treatment fees, not booking fees. No payment is processed through this website, and this site stores no card details at any point.

Treatment is paid for entirely through Taki Dent and invoiced by them. Anyone asking you to pay IDAOPS Consulting Ltd, or to pay for treatment through this website, is not acting for us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to IDAOPS CONSULTING LTD at the address above. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; if you are in the EEA, to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
